Floral Bikini

When you think of a floral bikini you think feminine and girly right? I used to be stuck in the rut of solids, barely ever wanting to wear a print or floral bikini. I’m not what you would consider a girly girl. I’m more along the lines of a tomboy in all reality. However in the last year or so I have discovered that maybe wearing a pretty pink and blue floral bikini might be just what I need to switch it up a bit.

When spring and summer time start to roll around the same thing happens every year, the “what am I going to wear” panic sets in. We all go through it so I know you understand what I’m talking about. This year as I was digging through a collection of suits that should have been tossed last year (or even the year before) and noticed a trend… BORING.

I then decided this year I was going to step out of my comfort zone and try to find a suit that would be fun, flirtatious and wait for it…floral! I started to channel my inner girly girl and wonder what better than a suit with maybe a Hibiscus or a Plumeria print to tickle my fancy. These two flowers are both beautiful and native to Hawaii. They are a larger flower so I was thinking I wouldn’t have to be wearing ten million little rosebuds but maybe just a couple really pretty, simple and yet stylish flowers. Leaving more room on my suit for some soft yet eye-catching color.

Floral bikinis are extremely popular and I had no clue there were so many great selections available. You don’t have to look like a floral arrangement on feet, there is a floral suit for all tastes out there.
